These slips are of equal height and random lengths and thickness of about 30-50 mm. Very easy to install.
1. Place blocks in metal frame mold at either end to form rebate
2. Prime internal faces with a light oil release agent
3. Lay first application of cementitious mortar
4. Insert steel reinforcement mesh
5. Lay the second application of cementitious mortar.
6. Apply a thin brushed application of adhesive glue to increase the bonding of the smooth sawn cut back of the stone.
7. Lay individual pieces of stone into the mortar, chipping ends to remove sawcut edge, and chip each piece to fit.
8. When dry, remove the stacked stone panel from the frame and wash to remove any dust or dirt from the surface.
9. Stacked stone completed allowing for drying.
